I've had many tipping points in my life -- some, less significant than others. The two major tipping points that I will share have shaped who I am today. And, by no means am I any better or worse than you are -- I just believe I would be in a very dark place without these tipping points.

After Dan Harris, the host of Good Morning America, had a complete meltdown on air, he searched for a solution to the voices converging in his head that ultimately lead to his mental stutters. He wrote a book called 10% Happier: How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works— although the title does sound a tad misleading, it couldn’t be more true. Hearing about his book lead me to Headspace which ultimately got me into meditation.
